About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team at FILOIL GAS and ENERGY COMPANY, INC.'. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and expertise across the organisation. This is a full-time role based in Mandaluyong City Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing- Providing end-to-end HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
- Partnering with managers to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the overall business objectives
- Maintaining accurate employee records and data management
- Assisting with the design and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Delivering HR-related training and development programmes
- Providing guidance and support on a wide range of HR-related queries and issues
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the energy or manufacturing industry
- Thorough knowledge of Philippine labour laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in the use of HR information systems and software
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
