Job Description

The position supports business-critical applications within a hybrid, mid-shift working environment.

• Lead the smooth and quality-assured transition of application features from development to production.
• Provide advanced SQL troubleshooting, database performance tuning, and data integrity assurance.
• Oversee incident and problem management processes, including root cause analysis and long-term remediation.
• Mentor junior and mid-level support staff, driving knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to optimize application support and operational workflows.
• Collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to align support with organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive operational documentation, including the Operations Enablement Service Catalogue.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum8 years of experiencein application support or related roles, preferably in technology or financial services sectors.
• Strong, expert-level experience with SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, PostgresDB) REQUIRED.
• Extensive experience with Incident and Problem Management in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and/or Python.
• Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS (certifications are a plus).
• In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban); certifications advantageous.
• Proven leadership skills, including mentoring and project leadership.
