Junior Application Support Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for aJunior Application Support Specialistwith at least3 years of experienceandbasic to intermediate SQL skillsto join our application support team. The ideal candidate will provide operational support for enterprise applications, focusing on SQL-related tasks and issue resolution within a hybrid work environment.

• Support the transition of application features from development to production.
• Provide day-to-day support for enterprise business applications, with a focus on SQL-based troubleshooting and data validation.
• Assist in incident tracking, issue resolution, and root cause documentation.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the Operations Enablement Service Catalogue.
• Collaborate with senior team members, developers, and infrastructure staff to resolve issues.
• Participate in service improvement initiatives and team knowledge-sharing activities.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum3 years of relevant experiencein application support, help desk, or technical support roles.
• Basic to intermediate experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgresDB) REQUIRED.
• Familiarity with Incident Management and IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.
• Exposure to programming languages such as Java or Python is a plus.
• Awareness of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is preferred.
• Willingness to work amid-shift scheduleand report onsite3 days per weekin BGC, Taguig.

• Work Setup:Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 remote)
