The Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for customer satisfaction, adherence to quality standards, maintenance of high staff performance, and business results. The role serves the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by leading the Food & Beverage operation of the hotel.Mr. Michele Cantini, a foreign national residing in Sapphire Road Ortigas Center, Pasig, 1600 Metro Manila meets the qualifications and has consented to undertake the role. The employment shall span two (2) years, subject to the issuance of an Alien Employment Permit by the Department of Labor and Employment - National Capital Region located at 967 Maligaya Street, Malate, Manila.
Qualifications/Requirements- A university degree in hospitality or related discipline with a minimum of 6 – 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, at least 5 of which must be at leadership role.
- Proven ability to develop creative approach and strategies in driving business and revenue for food & beverage outlets.
- With excellent knowledge of market trends, excellent interpersonal, organizational and administrative skills.
- With strong understanding of P&L statements, and the ability to develop and implement business plans.
- Candidates with existing or recent experience in the Philippines and Manila market are preferred though not essential.
