About the role

Northerly Digital Services Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Officer to join our dynamic sales team. In this full-time position based in Dagupan City Pangasinan, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients, driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

Proactively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
Meeting with clients, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored solutions
Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals
Providing excellent post-sales support and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and generate leads
Accurately tracking and reporting on sales activities and performance
Contributing to the overall sales strategy and growth of the business

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in a field sales or account management role, preferably within the technology or digital services industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence decision-makers
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Driven, self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve sales targets
Proficient in using sales and CRM software to track and manage customer relationships
Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred
