About the role

Aljay Agro-Industrial Solutions Inc. is seeking a dedicated Demand Generation Agent to join our growing team in Davao South or Bukidnon South. This is a full-time role that will play a crucial part in driving the company's marketing and customer acquisition efforts in the Davao and Bukidnon South regions.

What you'll be doing

Identifying and nurturing qualified sales leads through targeted outreach and engagement activities
Organizing and executing marketing campaigns and events to generate new business opportunities
Collaborating with the sales team to provide qualified leads and support the sales process
Analyzing customer data and market trends to inform and improve demand generation strategies
Maintaining accurate records of all lead generation and campaign activities
Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with potential clients

What we're looking for

With Driver's License and own Motorcycle.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a demand generation, lead development or sales support role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders
Proven track record of successful lead generation and campaign management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and optimize strategies
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools
Knowledge of the agricultural industry and the local Davao/Bukidnon South market is preferred
