Cad Operator

About the role

This is a full-time, on-site position.

1. Operate CAD software, such as AutoCAD, to produce and edit 2D and 3D technical drawings and models
2. Interpret project requirements and specifications to create accurate and detailed design documents
3. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure design integrity and compliance with industry standards
4. Maintain and update design files and databases to ensure the accuracy and consistency of project information
5. Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other project documentation
6. Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a CAD Operator or in a similar role
2. Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and other CAD software
3. Strong understanding of engineering drafting principles and techniques
4. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents
5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
7. Relevant technical or engineering diploma or degree preferred
