CAD Operator

Job Details:

• Draft drawings and structural layouts for Japanese houses
• Ensure that the finished plans conform to the standard specifications.
• Work in a team in order to meet project deadlines.
• Preparation and conceptualization of design shop drawings based on received schematic rough design for purposes of bidding, selection of materials/ equipment and actual work reference through the use of computer-aided design and drafting applications.
• Qualifications:
• Open to candidates with Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree, or who are undergraduates in fields like Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related areas such as Drafting and Graphics Design
• Knowledge of Japanese Software (e.g., Architrend, Walk-in Home) is an advantage but not required.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings.
• Computer Literate
• Able to properly communicate in English
• Must have an environment suitable for remote work.
• Must have a reliable internet access for work-from-home arrangements.
• During the one-month training period after hiring, must be able to commute from home to the office every work days.
