• About the Role

As the Financial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of our accounting and financial activities. You’ll lead a team of accounting professionals, ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and support executive decision-making with data-driven insights.

✅ Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with managerial or leadership experience in handling an accounting department
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting systems
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred but not required)
• In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, budgeting, taxation, and internal controls
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance teams

?️ Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the accounting department, including supervision of daily operations
• Oversee preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws, financial regulations, and internal policies
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures
• Coordinate internal and external audits, and liaise with auditors and regulators
• Recommend and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy
• Provide financial guidance and insights to senior management for strategic planning
