Key Responsibilities
- Review and approve civil and structural requirements for telecom sites
- Perform structural assessment of towers, rooftops, poles, and equipment foundations
- Review CAFs, TSSRs, site layouts, and engineering plans to ensure compliance with safety and load requirements
- Validate site configurations and identify structural constraints for new or upgraded equipment
- Monitor civil and structural works to ensure compliance with approved plans and quality standards
- Support rollout implementation, site readiness, and Go/No-Go activities
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and vendors during deployment
- Monitor usage and allocation of structural materials and telecom assets
- Prepare engineering reports, documentation, and site records
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Civil Engineer is required
- At least 3–5 years of telecom experience in wireless or wireline implementation
- Experience in tower, rooftop, monopole, or fiber infrastructure projects
- Knowledge in structural analysis, civil works, and telecom site deployment
- Can interpret engineering drawings, site layout plans, and technical documents
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and related engineering tools
- Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Wireless network rollout (2G/3G/4G/5G)
- Fiber or wireline deployment projects
- Telecom construction and field quality control
