Resident Engineer (SM Lanang)

Ensures compliance of the Mall (establishment) in the standards set forth by the government agencies and local government units.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee MEPFS operations and maintenance to ensure all mall mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems are functioning efficiently and safely.
• Manage contractors and projects by handling bidding, inspections, and progress monitoring to meet EDD standards and timelines.
• Ensure optimal utility performance through regular monitoring, analysis, and implementation of corrective measures on water and power consumption.
• Support tenant coordination by reviewing MEPFS plans, conducting inspections, and addressing technical service concerns.
• Promote safety and professional growth by enforcing safety standards and participating in continuous learning and technical training initiatives.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering - Professional License holder in the related field is required.
• Work experience in electro-mechanical maintenance and/or construction works in a supervisory capacity is preferred.
• With working experience in line with managing business facilities (high rise building operational equipment).
