POSITION SUMMARY

The Associate, People Systems and Processes plays a crucial role in the

effectiveness and efficiency of the company’s HR processes. They are responsible

for monitoring, inspecting, and proposing measures to improve the quality of HR

services and processes. They also provide advice to co-workers on company and

governmental rules, regulation, and procedures, and ensure compliance with safety

and security.

• Daily quality inspections
• Memo creation, dissemination, and maintenance
• Ensures strict compliance when implementing processes, procedures,

regulations and workflow.

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology or related discipline.
• General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
• Proven ability to create, maintain, and disseminate clear, concise, and up-to-date documentation such as memos, work instructions, flowcharts, and training materials.
• Ability to proactively identify and address quality issues, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure adherence to quality standards across all departments.
• Ability to provide coaching and guidance on quality-related matters.
• Excellent in data collection and analysis skills.
• Demonstrates a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
