Senior Test Analyst

• Ensure that deliverables precisely meet the functional and design specifications and requirements
• Identify and replicate bugs throughout the product
• Coordinate fixes with the development team
• Provide test data support to other components/processes
• Perform test case peer reviews
• Participate in Scrum meetings, sprint planning, retrospective meetings, and other QA activities as necessary
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
• Must be amenable to work on Night shift
• Must be amenable to work in Makati City
• Must be amenable to work in a hybrid setup

Non-negotiable/Required:

• At least 5 years but preferably 7 years or more of related work experience in QA Manual Testing
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Strong knowledge of SQL and scripting
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases • Experience in web application, mobile, and API testing
• Familiarity with quality assurance tools
• Agile or Scrum experience
• Knowledge of SDLC process
• Ability to effectively communicate, present, and articulate testing activities and findings in both oral and written forms
• High attention to detail and solid analytical skills
• Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision
