Warehouse Operations Assistant (FMCG)

Work location: Brgy. Bagumbayan, Libis, Quezon City

Schedule & Setup: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, Onsite setup

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Agribusiness, Agriculture, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Preferably 1+ years of experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or warehousing sector. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience on inventory control, operations management, and basic statistical analysis or forecasting tools.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage customer orders, create schedules for production helpers, and coordinate with logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase requests for non-trade items, fixed assets, and service orders.
• Prepare delivery receipts, transfer orders, invoices, and acquire necessary government permits.

• Handle goods receiving and accurately maintain master data in our ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts, record stock movements, and reconcile system discrepancies.

• Conduct daily inspections of the production line to ensure smooth, hygienic operations and equipment functionality.
• Manage shift timecards (DTRs) for production helpers, utility, and security staff.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, report faulty equipment, and proactively suggest innovative solutions to improve efficiency.
