Customer Success Representative (Night Shift)

Shift Schedule: Night Shift

• Consult with clients on appropriate product licensing options
• Receive phone, email, and chat sales inquiries and qualify new leads
• Manage sales queues, answer customer and partner questions, and facilitate orders in a timely manner
• Promptly process phone, email, web form, and web chat inquiries
• Develop subject matter expertise in client's products
• Effectively manage sales pipeline activities
• Support channel partners with Partner Portal access, training, engagement, and quote requests
• Follow up on expired enterprise contracts through direct outreach
• Structure work schedules to align with the North American customer base

• 1–2 years of customer service or inside sales experience, including online, email, and phone support
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer-focused mindset
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
