About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join the MKS Workforce Management Services Inc team at our Quezon City, Metro Manila location. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships for Owndays.As a Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our business, responsible for converting prospective customers into loyal clients whilst maintaining exceptional service standards. Your contribution will directly impact our revenue targets and market presence in the competitive retail eyewear industry.
Key responsibilities- Actively engage with customers to understand their eyewear needs and provide tailored product recommendations
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis
- Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate the features and benefits of Owndays eyewear collections
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring a seamless checkout experience
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any concerns or complaints professionally
- Keep accurate records of sales transactions and customer information in the company system
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment
- Stay updated on current product inventory, pricing, and promotional campaigns
- Participate in product training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Proven track record in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within retail, eyewear, or fashion industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers confidently and professionally
- Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for helping customers find the right solutions
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays as required
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional qualifications in sales or business are advantageous
- Willingness to learn about eyewear products and industry trends
