Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to support our daily business operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth coordination between departments, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to operational efficiency and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and audit store inventory and supplies; place orders and coordinate deliveries with vendors as needed.
  • Manage team schedules and implement adjustments to ensure optimal staffing and coverage.
  • Prepare, update, and review operational reports, including daily sales, transactions, and balance sheets.
  • Assist with onboarding and training activities for new employees.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support as required.
  • Conduct in-store training and participate in site visits when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) or equivalent productivity tools.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Willingness to undergo in-store training and travel for site visits.
