JOB BRIEF
  • The Associate, Human Resources - Helpdesk is responsible for ensuring the efficient handling of employee inquiries, assists with HR documentation and processes, and helps maintain accurate employee records. The role also serves as the first point of contact for staff-related concerns and supports a positive employee experience.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, attendance, payroll, and other general HR concerns.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
  • Prepare, organize, and file HR-related documents, memos, and reports.
  • Handle requests for employment certificates, ID requests, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR-related processes and issue resolution.
  • Assist in HR events and employee engagement activities.
  • Perform other administrative and HR support duties as assigned by the HR Supervisor or Manager.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Atleast 1 year of experience in HR administration, HR support, or helpdesk role (fresh graduates may also be considered).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail, with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Able to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
