About the role
AALIYAH DELICATESSEN AND COLD STORAGE INC. is seeking a skilled Butcher to join our team in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in our established deli and cold storage operations.
What you'll be doing- Receive, inspect and store meat deliveries according to strict quality and food safety standards
- Expertly butcher, debone, trim and prepare meat products to customer specifications
- Package and label meat products for sale, ensuring excellent presentation
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, following all health and safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service, offering product knowledge and recommendations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a professional Butcher in a similar retail or commercial setting
- Strong knowledge of various meat cuts, preparation techniques and food safety best practices
- Excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a passion for providing high-quality products
