We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for building client relationships.
As an SDR, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales pipeline.
This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for the entire sales process, from contacting leads and managing opportunities to closing the sale and issuing the final invoice.
- Identify and qualify prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and other lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies
- Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture relationships.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales platforms is a plus
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace required
