Role Overview
We are hiring SaaS sales professionals! This role requires a minimum of 2 years of SaaS sales experience and are open to candidates who are driven, target-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced B2B environment. This is a Hybrid setup, mid-shift schedule (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM MNL).
Key Responsibilities- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients across mid-market and enterprise segments through outbound and inbound channels
- Qualify leads and move opportunities effectively through the sales funnel
- Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and presentations tailored to the needs of each prospect
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, champions, and economic buyers
- Manage your pipeline accurately in the CRM (Salesforce / HubSpot) and maintain consistent data hygiene
- Collaborate with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to support the full sales cycle
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned quotas — whether meetings booked (SDR) or revenue closed (Enterprise)
- Provide structured market feedback to internal teams based on prospect and client conversations
- Minimum 2 years of SaaS sales experience in an SDR, BDR, Account Executive, or Sales Manager capacity
- Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS sales cycle, subscription models, and enterprise buying behaviour
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo, or similar)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a hybrid setup
- Amenable to mid-shift schedule: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM Manila time
- Familiarity with MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN sales methodologies is an advantage
- Experience in vertical SaaS (HR Tech, FinTech, MarTech, Legal Tech, etc.) is a plus
