Leasing Staff

About the role

Taft Property Venture Development Corp. is seeking a driven and experienced Leasing Officer to join our team in Cebu City, Cebu. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our commercial property leasing portfolio, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with our network of tenants and property owners.

1. Proactively identify and secure new leasing opportunities for our commercial properties
2. Negotiate and manage lease agreements with tenants, ensuring optimal terms and conditions
3. Maintain and grow our existing tenant relationships through excellent customer service
4. Liaise with property owners to understand their needs and match them with suitable tenants
5. Collaborate with the broader team to develop and implement leasing strategies
6. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new business prospects
7. Prepare detailed leasing reports and presentations for management
8. Assist with the marketing and promotion of available commercial properties

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial property leasing or a related real estate field
2. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
4. Proficient in data analysis and the use of real estate software and tools
5. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team
6. Thorough understanding of the local commercial real estate market and industry trends
7. Relevant tertiary qualification in real estate, business, or a related discipline
