Job Description
We are looking for results-driven sales professionals to handle outbound phone-based sales. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing pipelines, and closing deals. A strong hunter mentality is essential for this role.
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable):
- Minimum 2 years of phone-based sales experience
- Proven lead generation background
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Apollo
- Fluent in German (verbal and written)
