Outbound Sales Agent (US account)

You'll be at the front line of our sales efforts—building strong relationships, creating opportunities, and hitting your targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential and existing US customers through outbound calls to introduce and offer our products and services.
• Clearly present product features and benefits, while confidently handling questions or concerns to match customer needs.
• Turn leads into loyal customers by closing sales and consistently meeting both individual and team targets.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role is required.
• Familiarity with the US market and experience engaging with US-based customers is highly preferred.
• Tech-savvy, with working knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Office tools, and other sales-related software.
