Junior Marketing Officer
About the role
The Junior Marketing Officer role at The Twelve Monkeys, Inc. is a full-time position based in Pasig City, Metro Manila. You will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.
What you'll be doing- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and curate engaging content for the company's website, social media platforms, and other marketing collateral
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer behaviour, and new opportunities
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, tracking budgets, and managing vendor relationships
- Contribute to the planning and organisation of marketing events and activities
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, suggesting improvements based on data analysis
- Assist in managing social media accounts and engaging with the online community.
- Support event planning and promotional activities as needed.
- Perform administrative tasks related to marketing projects and budgets.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or advertising role, preferably in the consumer goods industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
- Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, such as social media platforms, content management systems, and data analytics tools
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Creativity and a passion for developing innovative marketing solutions
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team
