Marketing Officer/Admin
We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Officer/Admin to join the Clarion Scholarship Foundation team. If you are passionate about marketing, communications, and community engagement, and eager to contribute to meaningful programs, events, and initiatives, we’d love to hear from you!
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
2–3 years of experience in marketing/admin
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English; Filipino a plus)
Strong ability to plan, organize, and implement campaigns and events
Creative content development skills for social media, newsletters, brochures, and other marketing materials
Familiarity with digital tools such as Canva, social media management platforms, and basic multimedia editing
Ability to build relationships and communicate confidently with diverse stakeholders
Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong professionalism and integrity
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain relationships with media, partners, sponsors, and community organizations
Coordinate publicity and support for events such as scholarship awarding ceremonies, outreach programs, and fundraising activities
Organize and execute events including orientations, school visits, competitions, and donor engagements
Track marketing performance, gather testimonials and media coverage, and prepare monthly reports for management
Support stakeholder engagement through communication, logistics coordination, and partnership building
Additional Information:
Work is primarily based in Makati/BGC, with occasional travel to partner schools and event sites
Full-time position with flexibility for events, including weekends and afternoons as needed
Reports to the Executive Director/Managing Director and works closely with the Scholarship Program Officer, Marketing/Design Assistants, and other team members
