Supervise daily maintenance operations for mechanical, electrical, and facility systems

-Coordinate and communicate with Mandarin-speaking stockholder, manager.

Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Supervise maintenance technicians and assign daily tasks.

Qualifications/Requirements

With good oral and communication skills in Chines Mandarin and basic English

Strong knowledge of facility, mechanical, and electrical maintenance systems

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills across cultural and language barriers
