- Alarm handling: Provide the total number of alarms handled and the alarm list (including the alarm ID, which is exported from the NMS or equipment).
- Issue handling: Provide the SR No. based on the eCare system.
- Device inspection: The NetCare Cloud system provides the RFC health inspection ticket number and inspection report.
- Response service: Provide the SR number or customer email based on the eCare system.
- Network change: Provide the network change WFM ticket number based on the NetCare Cloud system.
- Contingency plan: Send by email and provide proof.
- System backup: Provide backup completion screenshots.
- Maintenance regular meeting: Provide the customer meeting notice and meeting minutes email.
- Maintenance report: Provide routine maintenance reports.
- It is better to have a background in datacom.
- For example, be familiar with the configuration of switches and routers.
- Be able to communicate with customers and technical teams.
- Have some technical inclinations and be willing to continue to develop in the datacom/storage industry
