Field Credit Investigator

A Field Credit Investigator is responsible for conducting on-site investigations to verify the accuracy of client information for credit applications. This role involves visiting residences, workplaces, and other relevant locations to gather data, assess credibility, and submit detailed reports to support credit decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to verify personal, employment, and financial information of applicants
• Perform background checks and validate submitted documents
• Interview applicants, neighbors, and references when necessary
• Prepare accurate, clear, and timely investigation reports
• Ensure all gathered information complies with company standards and policies
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding case updates and findings

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong observation and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic report writing skills

Work Setup:

• Field-based role
• Area will be disclosed upon interview
• Open for Part-Time and Full-Time employment

Qualifications:

• Must own a motorcycle
• With valid driver’s license
• With or without experience (fresh applicants are welcome)
• Familiarity with local areas and routes is an advantage
• Honest, detail-oriented, and reliable
