Job Title: Credit Investigator - Ortigas, PasigJOB OBJECTIVE: Performs credit investigation of client’s financial status and their ability to repay the loan.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Conducts investigation of credit and financial history / credit standing of clients and business establishments applying for loans
- Validates the information reflected on loan application and authenticity of loan documents through interview with the borrower/co-borrower/character reference, bank checking, agency/employment verification
- Collects relevant information through reliable sources to determine credit worthiness of clients
- Undertakes personal visits to confirm residential and business addresses
- Interviews individuals and business owners via phone calls and visit
- Prepares accurate Credit Approval Memorandum (CAM) upon completion of the credit investigation process
- Performs other work-related functions that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
Qualifications/Requirements
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any four-year course
- Open for fresh graduate
- Has good communication skills (written and oral), administrative skills and interpersonal skills
- Must have excellent attention to details
- Has the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
- Resourceful, organized, proactive and systematic
- Willing to do field work
- No work-related experience required for this position
- Motorized Credit Investigator is an advantage
- Computer-proficient
