Compliance Officer
Description:
Widescope Advertising Agency is looking for a Compliance Officer to handle advertising and promotional permit applications and ensure compliance with government regulations. The role also includes general administrative work and client coordination.
Responsibilities:
Process and monitor ASC advertising applications
Handle DTI promotional permit applications and requirements
Ensure advertising and promotional materials comply with regulations Coordinate with internal teams, government agencies, and clients Communicate with clients regarding application status and requirements Maintain records of permits, approvals, and compliance documents
Perform other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
Experience in compliance, admin work, or client coordination is an
advantage
Knowledgeable in ASC and DTI application processes- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to learn and undergo training
Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
Proficient in MS Office
Experience:
College graduate- 3 years of administrative experience
