IdeasUnlimited is seeking a highly motivated and results driven Virtual Assistant with expertise in Digital Marketing to support daily administrative tasks while driving online marketing initiatives. This role combines organizational skills with knowledge of digital platforms, helping the team stay productive and ensuring campaigns are executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content management – Creating, scheduling, and optimizing posts across social media platforms.
• SEO support – Conduct keyword research, update website content, and monitor performance metrics.
• Email marketing – Draft, schedule, and track campaigns to improve customer engagement.
• Analytics tracking – Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports for management.

Important:

• We are a US-based professional company, and you will be requested to go through our recruitment process, undergo a background check, and sign an Agreement as well as an NDA if hired.
• The entire recruitment and selection process is done via Microsoft Teams and takes around an hour or so (depending on how fast you complete it).
• If hired, we will be using monitoring software to check your daily work efficiency and productivity.

As a Virtual Assistant with strong digital marketing expertise you need to support both administrative operations and online growth initiatives.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in the English Language.
• At least 2 years of digital marketing execution experience.
• Experienced with developing and executing digital marketing strategies including on-page SEO, off-page SEO, content strategies, social media management and email marketing.
• Proficient in SEO (on- and off-page), SEM (Google Ads management or PPC), social media management, content writing and graphic design.
• Professional, detail-oriented, smart, punctual, and a team player.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
