Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Experience in any inbound/outbound call center, customer service, customer retention, and/or business development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and data analysis abilities.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- At least 2 years experience as a Team Manager
- Previous experience working in Siebel and/or facilities maintenance is a plus.
