The Role
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Laravel Developer who can take ownership of features end-to-end, contribute to architectural decisions, and write clean, maintainable code.
This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys solving real business problems, working on a production SaaS platform, and collaborating with a mature, drama-free engineering team.
What You'll Do- Build and maintain core backend services using Laravel (PHP)
- Develop and enhance front-end features using Angular
- Design and optimize database schemas and queries (MySQL)
- Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps to ship reliable features
- Improve performance, security, and code quality across the platform
- Contribute to cloud infrastructure and deployment workflows
- Document solutions clearly and communicate effectively with remote teams
- 5+ years professional experience with PHP and Laravel
- 2+ years' experience with Angular
- Strong knowledge of MySQL
- Experience working with AWS (EC2, RDS, caching, storage, etc.)
- Familiarity with Docker, Git-based workflows, and issue tracking tools
- Experience working on B2B SaaS products
- Strong communication skills and a high sense of ownership
- Bachelor's degree is required for this position
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the Philippines
- Business fluent English proficiency is required for effective collaboration with US-based teams
- DevOps experience (CI/CD pipelines, deployments, infrastructure support)
- Exposure to SOC 2–compliant environments or regulated systems
- Experience improving system reliability, monitoring, or security posture
- Prior work on high-availability or compliance-driven platforms
