GROUP SALES COORDINATOR

Job Summary:

The Group Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team in securing and managing group bookings, events, and corporate accounts. This role involves coordinating with clients, preparing proposals and contracts, maintaining booking records, and ensuring smooth execution of group events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a related field (experience in group sales is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of CRM or booking systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
