Qualifications
Education & Experience- OPEN FOR FRESH GRADUATES; Fresh graduates are welcome as long as they are willing to learn
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of HR administrative, HR shared services, or service desk experience preferred but not required.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms is a strong advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. GOOD IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE.
- Customer-service focused with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and capable of learning new HR systems quickly.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Position Overview
The HR Administrative Associate provides operational support to employees through efficient handling of HR inquiries, transactional processes, and back-end administrative tasks. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities- Employee Support & Service Desk Operations
- Handle live chat interactions from Vestas employees via ServiceNow, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses.
- Provide guidance and support across various HR-related topics following established knowledge articles and standard procedures.
- Process and resolve assigned ServiceNow tickets, ensuring proper documentation, status updates, and service-level compliance.
- HR Administrative & Transactional Tasks
- Process leave registration inputs and ensure accurate recording in the HR system.
- Support HR data changes, employee requests, and other transactional processes as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality and data accuracy in line with company policies and data privacy regulations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal HR teams (HR Operations, Payroll, Talent Management, etc.) to resolve employee concerns or escalate issues as needed.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery.
- Work Discipline & Operational Support
- Work with minimal supervision, demonstrating accountability, initiative, and strong work ethic.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including Philippine holidays based on business needs.
- Willing to report onsite as required.
