RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT

The Recruitment Assistant supports high-volume recruitment by sourcing candidates through various channels, social media platforms, and assisting in end-to-end hiring activities to meet manpower demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through TikTok, social media, job portals, and referrals
• Support bulk and high-volume hiring for multiple positions
• Post job vacancies and manage online recruitment campaigns
• Conduct initial resume screening and candidate pre-qualifications
• Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers
• Maintain and update applicant trackers and recruitment databases
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and requirements
• Assist in onboarding and pre-employment documentation
• Prepare recruitment status reports and hiring updates

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 1 year experience in recruitment or sourcing (bulk hiring experience is a plus)
• Hands-on experience sourcing candidates via social media platforms. Familiar with high-volume recruitment processes and tight deadlines
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple vacancies
• Proficient in MS Office and online recruitment tools
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
