Qualifications:
✔ Excellent communication skills
✔ At least 1 year of Talent Acquisition experience
✔ Experienced in conducting interviews within a high-volume BPO recruitment environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet daily and weekly hiring targets for phone interview passers
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews
- Maintain accurate applicant records and recruitment trackers
- Monitor online job portals and sourcing channels
- Participate in recruitment activities, meetings, and calibration sessions
- Support walk-in and off-site recruitment events
