Sales Associate

About the role

This is a full-time position, and you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met
2. Maintain product displays, shelves, and store appearance to create an inviting shopping environment
3. Operate the cash register, process sales transactions, and handle customer payments accurately
4. Restock and replenish merchandise as needed, ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized
5. Provide recommendations and information to customers about our products and services
6. Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales and customer service targets
7. Participate in inventory management tasks, such as receiving, tagging, and tracking stock

1. Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the consumer products industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing outstanding customer service
3. Ability to work effectively in a team, as well as independently
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
5. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed
6. Proficiency in the local language, both written and verbal
