Job Description- Responsible for designing and producing high-quality marketing materials.
- Create layouts for digital publications.
- Edit and enhance property photos and virtual tour visuals using professional design and photo editing software.
- Collaborate with the sales team for the creation of compelling visual content to attract potential buyers.
- Develop branding materials to maintain consistency across all platforms.
- Preferably has a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or any related field.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a graphic artist or any related creative field.
- Certifications relevant to the position is an advantage.
- Knowledge in real estate market trends and marketing strategies is an advantage.
- Amenable to work at Novaliches, Quezon City.
