The Specialist - Talent Sourcing responsibility is to pre screen candidates (virtually/ onsite) and to help out during events dependent on allocated sourcing channels. The position schedule shall initially be five (5) days a week, Monday to Friday.
Job Requirements:
- Depending on operational requirements, you may be assigned to any work schedule, required to work additional hours or days in a week, or transferred to other jobs and locations that May be given to you by your Immediate Supervisor
- Performs administrative tasks in support of recruiting efforts
- Assists with screening applicant/resumes, coordinating phone/in-person interviews
- Assists recruiting staff with job fairs and college recruiting events
- Will create postings and run reports out of our Applicant Tracking System
- Coordinate background checks through our Background Screening Vendor, notify appropriate personnel of each new-hires Onboarding progress and schedule new employee orientation classes
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree is preferred in HR/Psychology or any related course or with equivalent work experience is eligible to apply
- Recruitment and sourcing experience is a plus
- Good English communications skills
- Must be flexible and amenable to travel - attend career fairs and job caravan
