About the role
Mitsubishi San Pablo is seeking an exceptional Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in San Pablo City, Laguna. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our automotive dealership by engaging with customers, providing exceptional sales and service, and contributing to our overall business objectives.
What you'll be doing- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our vehicle models to customers
- Assist customers throughout the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final delivery
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings, pricing, and promotions
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Participate in sales activities, events, and promotions to drive brand awareness and sales
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales transactions
- Proven track record of success in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close sales
- Thorough understanding of automotive products, features, and market trends
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and cross-functional environment
- Enthusiasm, resilience, and a customer-centric approach
- Relevant educational qualifications or certifications in sales, marketing, or a related field
