Senior Business Application Consultant

Brief Description of the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Application Consultant to join our team. Your primary responsibility is supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of SAP Business One by coordinating with clients and internal teams, conducting trainings, managing documentation, and ensuring timely project deliverables.

The ideal candidate will possess effective communication skills and smooth execution skills of each project phase. Additionally, they need to have active listening to fully understand client needs, and strong problem-solving mindset when users encounter system issues.

We offer hybrid and flexible work schedule, requiring 40 hours per week.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct Business Process Analysis (BPA) to assess and understand client requirements
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system readiness and client satisfaction
• Deliver End Users Training (EUT) to ensure efficient system usage by client staff
• Provide Go-Live support and address post-implementation concerns
• Participate in Project Kick-Off and Status Meetings to communicate progress and align expectations
• Analyze and map client business processes to align with system capabilities
• Make informed decisions to resolve complex issue logs and implementation roadblocks
• Travel to client sites for BPA sessions, UAT, EUT, Admin Trainings, and Go-Live activities as needed
• Assist in developing project plans, training schedules, and timeline adjustments as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field
• 2 to 5 years experience in SAP is required
• Solid knowledge on Core SAP Business One
• Strong skills on Data Management & Migration, and System Configuration & Implementation
• Ability to explain complex SAP Business One processes in simple, business-friendly terms
