Job Summary:

The HR Operations Manager will oversee the daily HR operations across Compensation, Payroll, and People & Culture sections, ensuring smooth workflow, consistent policy implementation, and driving process improvements. This role supports Section Leads by coordinating activities, managing escalations, and implementing HR best practices to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations across multiple sections, ensuring timely and accurate execution of HR processes.
  • Collaborate with Section Leads to standardize and improve HR workflows, policies, and procedures.
  • Lead initiatives for process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports and dashboards for HR management.
  • Serve as point of contact for escalated operational issues and provide resolution support.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coach and mentor Section Leads and HR team members to improve skills and service delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional HR projects and change management efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations, HR generalist, or HR supervisory roles.
  • Proven track record in process improvement and operational leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of Compensation, Payroll, and People & Culture functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with HRIS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite and Google Sheets etc
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-team collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in medium to large organizations with complex HR structures.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and compliance standards.
  • Certification in HR is a plus.
