The position oversees the entire recruitment process, from selection to separation. This role is pivotal in identifying, attracting, and hiring talent for our organization. Partnering closely with hiring managers and department heads, you will comprehend their staffing requirements, formulate successful recruiting strategies, and guarantee a smooth candidate onboarding process.Additionally, the Recruitment Superintendent will focus on enhancing existing recruitment procedures continually.
- Selection: Utilizes various channels, including job boards (if available), social media, networking, referrals, and
- Candidate Screening: Reviews resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' suitability for the role
- Interview Coordination: Coordinates and schedules interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and team
- Candidate Assessment: Administers assessments or tests as needed to evaluate candidates' technical skills,
- Offer Negotiation: Extends job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms of employment, including salary,
- Onboarding Support: Oversees the onboarding process for new employees, guaranteeing they receive all essential
training information and resources required for their success in their respective roles, while also preparing their
employment contracts to formalize their roles.- Employee Regularization: Tracks probationary employees’ status and ensure performance evaluations are
- Separation: Conducts exit interviews with departing employees to gather insights into their reasons for leaving the
- Data Management: Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of candidate pool tracker, referral tracker, MRF
- Job Description: Coordinates the review of job descriptions and department’s organizational structure of respective
- Account Management: Acts as HR business partner, collaborate closely with designated accounts’ talent
requirements, fostering positive employee relations, providing guidance, and aligning HR strategies to meet
company’s goals and needs.- Team Support: Prepares monthly Review of Performance Measures of Recruitment Team. Reviews candidate
profiles, job offers, employment contracts, and the regularization process for new employees under the designated
accounts of Recruitment Officers.- Leadership: Offers guidance and mentorship to the Recruitment Assistant I and Recruitment Officer II, ensuring that
decision-making, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive team culture.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience as a Recruitment Officer or in a similar role
- Job Specific: Psychometrician license, CHRP, or any related certification is an advantage but not required
- Others:
- - Must have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices
- Must be familiar with general HR practices and labor laws related to Recruitment
