- Calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies to buy products and services by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information.
- Calls resellers and individual contacts by using telephone in inform and invite partners for events organized by specific group.
- Screen and respond to all incoming telephone calls and take action as appropriate.
- Facilitate lead generation on product promotion and inquiries, IT software/hardware requirements, and provides information to upcoming company, principal, and reseller sponsored events.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Performs other functions which may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
- Sales Support Assistant
- Contact businesses and individuals by telephone to promote services & products of WSI. Provides support to Solutions Sales Group.
- Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service (Lead Generation).
- Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order invite for an event organized by a specific product group. Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific product.
- Assist resellers in processing claims of reported defective items for solutions products.
- Assist sales in processing documentations in relation to cancelled orders.
- Administrative work such us routing of documents for approval of managers and division head.
- Assist in processing of sales orders, demo requests, creation of documentation related to processing of orders.
- Prepare an up-to-date sales and inventory tracking weekly and monthly.
- Provide various reports as required by the immediate and/or group head.
- Maintain diary of appointments as necessary to provide information on the whereabouts of sales.
- Provide full administrative support to sales whenever needed.
- Performs all other functions/responsibilities that may be deemed necessary in ensuring the success of delivery of sales support group.
- Telesales
- Generate additional accounts to increase existing re-sellers base.
- Assist in activating and to exploit new sales opportunities with new and dormant or inactive accounts to help achieve product sales target.
- Provide information to re-sellers on current or upcoming company events, product promotions, and price lists.
- Provide re-sellers with information requested by them about status of order or delivery, stocks, etc.
- Maintain database of clients by completing re-seller record.
- Provides assistance to Marketing in making follow-up with resellers for confirmation with company events and promotional activities.
- Influence re-sellers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
- Prepare and submit weekly routine sales performance report to update management.
- Maintain good relations with re-sellers to ensure that the company remains as the preferred supplier.
- Performs other functions which may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Preferable graduate of Marketing and Business courses; with 6 months outbound calling working experience preferably in an IT company. Highly organize, can deal with all levels of organization, self-driven, responsible, persistent and with excellent communication skills.
- Product Assistant
- Provide assistance to VP, Business Development Mgr., Product Manager/Product Specialist, Account Executive and Account Specialist in routing and/or submission of documents to concern departments.
- Assist in the processing of sales orders, demo request reservations, transfer of stocks, term extension and/or reseller credit limits information in the absence of account specialist (sales force).
- Prepares an up to date sales and inventory tracking reports weekly and monthly.
- Maintain the diary of appointments as necessary to provide information to whereabouts of Department Head.
- Screen and respond to all incoming telephone calls and take action as appropriate.
- Provide full administrative support service to the department such as meeting room reservation, control of room temperature, fax, scanner, etc.
- Performs other functions which may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
- JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Preferable graduate of Business or Management and IT related courses; highly organize, can deal with all levels of organization, self-driven, responsible and with good communication skills. Knowledge of ERIC system is an advantage but not necessary
