About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Wei Yuan Construction Management Inc' in Manila City Project. As a full-time Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex construction projects from start to finish.This is a strategic role that will have a direct impact on the growth and success of our organization.
What you'll be doing- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects, including resource planning, procurement, risk management and stakeholder engagement
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, providing guidance, support and mentorship to ensure project objectives are met
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Communicate project status, issues and milestones to senior management and clients
- Ensure projects comply with all relevant laws, regulations and safety standards
- Continuously look for ways to improve project delivery, efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficient in project management tools and software
- Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead by example
