IT Project Manager

About the role
Seven Seven is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of IT projects for enterprise clients. In this role, you will manage projects from planning through implementation, working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

What you'll be doing- Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and clients.
- Provide regular project status reports and communicate risks and mitigation plans.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Facilitate project meetings and maintain project documentation.
- Resolve project challenges and support timely decision-making.
- Promote project management best practices and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of IT Project Management experience.
- Experience managing software development, application implementation, systems integration, or digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external clients.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- Willing to work in Makati City and travel to client sites when required.
