Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications- Graduate of Tourism, Hospitality Management, or any related course
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and other basic office tools)
- Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to perform both Front Office and Housekeeping duties
- Highly reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Able to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment
- Physically capable of performing housekeeping and operational tasks
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required
- Available to start immediately
- Internship or training experience in hotels, resorts, or accommodation establishments
- Basic knowledge of hospitality operations, guest relations, and housekeeping standards
- Familiarity with reservation or booking systems is an advantage but not required
