Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications
  • Graduate of Tourism, Hospitality Management, or any related course
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and other basic office tools)
  • Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to perform both Front Office and Housekeeping duties
  • Highly reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment
  • Physically capable of performing housekeeping and operational tasks
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required
  • Available to start immediately
Preferred Qualifications
  • Internship or training experience in hotels, resorts, or accommodation establishments
  • Basic knowledge of hospitality operations, guest relations, and housekeeping standards
  • Familiarity with reservation or booking systems is an advantage but not required
