In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Designing and developing desktop, web, and backend applications using C# (.NET, WPF, MVVM) and C++ (MFC)
- Applying modern development practices and coding standards to deliver secure, high-performance software
- Collaborating with architects, leads, and cross-functional teams from requirements gathering to delivery, including task breakdown and planning
- Developing and unit test features to meet user story requirements and acceptance criteria and ensure high-quality, functional software.
- Researching and recommending new technologies or tools to enhance team and product performance
- Continuously learning and adapt to new tools and development practices
- Mentoring team members and share knowledge to foster team growth
- Thriving in a global, multi-cultural environment

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Strong object-oriented analysis, design, programming, and debugging skills
- Proficiency in C# (.NET, WPF, MVVM) and/or C++ (MFC)
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, Agile, and Scrum
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
